“I find order tools and equipment from PTW to be easy and quick. Their Customer Service response is also quick for I had reason to contact them to get hold of copy of invoice for the radio so as to get Markita to repair the fault. If there is one wish I have for PTW - please stock tools and eqipment for my trade, which is chimney sweep.”

“Placed my order on a Sunday evening before a Bank Holiday Monday. Based on the T&C's I expected "Next working day" to mean Wednesday but to my surprise it actually arrived 3pm on the Tuesday. They must have packed it on the Bank Holiday. The order was shipped in discreet plain cardboard which I appreciate in the age of porch pirates. Would order from PTW again.”
