“I ordered and paid for next day delivery within the correct time frame, it machine did not turn up the next day nor did it leave the warehouse. I then phoned on day 3 from ordering to ask where my order was, I spoke with Lisa who was very apologetic and put it on the next days delivery (thursday). The machine again was not dispatched the next day !! I then spoke to Lisa again who was really apologetic but I explained to her I have had labour on site waiting to use this special chasing tool I have purchased !! so we are now 3 days behind on the job at my expense. The machine then finally arrived on the Friday. I will not be reimbursed for the labour I sent to site to carry out the chasing works ! That was my issue, I usually go to ITS but you guys were better priced with next day delivery and is why I edged towards yourself. It may have been a freak incident however you must understand from my side”
