“When I ordered from Power World it was advertised on Facebook. Having been scammed with Makita tools before I ordered the drill set hoping it was genuine as the price was really good. So pleased it was as my drill and drill pieces arrived within the allocated time. Great service and a company I would recommend. It is so sad there are scammers on social media when they see you searching for specific items.”

“purchased a small grinder in january . didnt use it for rew weeks after i purchased . was faulty from start. i requested new one as it was as new but that was refused so i had to send it back for repair. better off purchasing from screwfix that way you can walk in store and get a replacement.”

“I’d no idea who Power Tool World was as used to dealing with B&Q Argos Screwfix so I put into the search engine what I was looking for a Power Tool World I was a little dubious at first but decided to take a chance I’m so delighted I did . Ordered my Bosch lawnmower on a Thursday and arrived the next day I was so impressed at how quick my order went through my next concern was would my purchase be as I ordered and 100% it was as I expected . I have no concerns in recommending Power Tool World to family and friends I’ve now put my neighbours on to Power Tool World. Price couldn’t be beaten...”

“Delivery was quick. All 3 items work ok so far. Disappointed that I cannot register the warranty on line I keep getting a message saying 'not compatable' + it asks for a copy of the receipt to be uploaded...no can do.”

“I've bought most of my Makita power tools from Power Tool World over the years from drills, saws, lawnmower and more. I've always received an excellent service and would rarely go anywhere else. I need a new Makita 18v angle grinder in the next few weeks and it'll be from Power Tool World”

“First and last time ever buying from this site. Ordered skill saw and two batteries from this site and paid extra for a two day delivery service. Took 10 days to receive my package and on inspection of package on arrival the box had been opened and either a battery had fallen out or been removed in the 10 day transport period. I emailed PTW to let them know and received an email back to say they would get back to me within 48 hours with a reply. 5 days later and still nothing. Went online and rang the company direct and no-one answers the phone.”
