Good afternoon, I’m sorry that your deliveries did not arrive within the expected time frame. Unfortunately, the time slots provided by DHL are only estimated and deliveries can arrive later or earlier than the allocated delivery slot. Road closures, driver sickness, traffic & vehicle breakdowns can all impact when orders arrive. Whilst the courier strives to always deliver within the advised timeframe, please be aware that these are only estimated. Kind regards, PTW

“Terrible customer service. No attempt to rectify issue until faulty one received. Wrongly expected a replacement to have been sent at same time as pick up of faulty one. Avoid and use local suppliers.”

“When purchasing Branded quality tools , we tend to search reviews, and comments on the function use and reliability that the tool will give , in order to make a decision on the specific model and brand we require !!!! . Equally important in this day and age is ensuring the when we finally narrow down that option ,we purchase a The Genuine item ,and not one of the many Fake units out on the market place . A Trusted secure site such as Power Tool World is priceless and is a guarantee that you get an the authentic item , at a superb price . Peace off mind”
