“I’d normally look at PowerToolMate but found Power Tool World to be much cheaper with this offer. I hadn’t used them before so took the chance that the service might not be as good with the lower price. I was very happy that both the purchase and next delivery were faultless. I’ll be checking thei4 website for purchases first in the future.”

“I ordered a battery that didn’t arrive, courier company claimed it was refused at the door. I was given no explanation when I called to find out what happened. They refunded me but didn’t let me know. Zero communication so no stars.”
