“The Makita cordless drill arrived much faster than I had expected, and DHL delivered the parcel swiftly and undamaged (which was great, as it was a birthday present)! The price was excellent and not as expensive as I had thought it would be. I would definitely consider using Power Tool World again.”

“Tried twice to purchase a chainsaw. 1st time it arrived damaged. 2nd time it never arrived. It was claimed that DHL lost it. Not the best experience I have ever had purchasing power tools.”

“Tools, price and customer service were all top draw ... thank you. The only let down was the incompetence of DHL who twice messed up resulting in order arriving a week late. Thanks to Power Tool World for doing their best to sort a problem that was not theirs.”
