“This was my first purchase from Power Tool World. The buying procedure on line was easy and straightforward to do. I received a message stating that my order was being processed and would be delivered within a few days. Unfortunately, there was a delay in my order being completed within the timescales stated which was not a major issue on my part. I did appreciate the apology message informing me of the delay and would be kept informed of any further scenarios that may arise. I was even given the option to cancel the order if need be. My order was completed and delivered within a week so no great hardship. I was even given a 10% discount off my next order as compensation for the delay. Not many companies do that these days. Well done PTW, I'd certainly recommend them.”
