“Was promised quick delivery but it took about 8 days. When I queried the delay initially, Dan sent me an e-mail explaining that warehousing problems were causing the delay and that all affected would receive a 10% concession on their next order. I still await receiving this offer and think it would have been considerably better to have offered it for my delayed order. Order eventually arrived safely. I made the order with Power Tool World because of promise of quick delivery and competitive prices.”
