“Unfortunately I required this box to do a job over the New Year and website after Christmas stated “order today and get tomorrow!” Unfortunately website hadn’t been updated for their Christmas / New Year openings as a result unit arrived whilst I was still away & DPD had no way of redirecting to a new address 2 doors away (only states “leave with neighbour”) as a result when unit arrived my next door but one neighbour had to keep checking my doorstep as box is left with no signature and I didn’t want the chance of it being stolen.”

“Both Items arrived in good time, well packaged etc. Only marked down to 4 stars because invoice did not appear with package, but was in email. Not prefered choice. Modern day way? for some.”

Arrived within a couple of days and the communication regarding progress of my order was excellent. PWT also sent me a email to register my new saw with Dewalt which was a useful reminder.”

“Ordered a Dewalt circular saw which was on offer at a really competitive price. Arrived within a couple of days and I'm very happy with my purchase. Easy to set up an account with PTW and their comms were good in terms of keeping me informed of the progress for my order delivery etc. Also sent me an email to register my saw with Dewalt which was a useful reminder.”
