“This would be rated a 5. However product was not wrapped and was in the manufacturers box and left on our doorstep in full view. Although courier said would need a signature we were not in as product delivered 1 day late. Thankfully our neighbour came to the rescue and collected it until we got home. Not impressed with delivery agent.”

“Prompt delivery which is much appreciated. Genuine Makita batteries appear OK. Surprised that they only have a 1 year guarantee considering the high price.”

“PTW are good, prices match any other. On this occasion let down by DHL for specific delivery date, but PTW mainly resolved this, and refunded premium delivery charge. Will return for future tool requirements”
