“The transaction was easy the price was good and it arrived quickly. I have had a problem in locating the serial number on the item to register the extended warranty (I can find the date of manufacture) PTW have responded, but have not been able to advise where to find the serial number.”

“Easy to access site and order product, however a little disappointed as advised would be delivered following day if ordered before 7pm. Turned out wasn't received until a couple of days later. Would have appreciated a message to let me know this!”
