“live chat is uselss. they take far too long to reply to your messages. I actually got kicked out of chat. took far far too long and the girl didn't have the right information at all. not overly impressed”

“I thought the live chat service was amazing. My only concern was that I didn't feel entirely safe divulging my financial details through the internet. Perhaps something should be done to ensure that customers feel safe using this feature.”
