“Our dog loves his birthday box with its assortment of treats and soft toys and delivery is always prompt. However this time we were disappointed as we received another dog’s birthday card. Fortunately our dog was oblivious (as he can’t read!!!!) but this would have been awkward if we had been sending this as a gift to another dog. Otherwise, the box was perfect.”

“Great selection of chews. Sadly my furry friend wouldn't touch the rabbit ears and not sure which chew, but he ended up with very loose stools. So there's about 90% of the box left which I'm not risking finding out what's good or what's bad.”

“It is average, just my dog likes more soft toys that squeak. Not bothered about raggers. You can't specify in subscription boxes. Thankyou though some things my dog liked x”

“I ordered some treats etc for my dogs birthday but unfortunately the cheesey popcorn treat was not inside the box. I messaged Postman Pooch and they sent the treat out ASAP and apologised. I look forward to using the company again for future purchases x”

“Lovely treats. Disappointed it didn't come in the box it is displayed in on the website. There also is no menu of what each treat is, which isn't ideal for the receiver!”

“When they asked for details of the dogs name, age and breed I assumed there would be personalisation. There wasn’t, the dog seemed to like it though, but the he couldn’t eat the hard icing and we had to break it up for him, what with him being as old as we said on the form... Assume all the details are for reminding me to buy one next year, or nosiness.”
