Hi Deborah, I've just checked your order and the cake you received is the exact same cake, the colour of the bones have just changed colour we're due to update the website this week. Other than the bone colour though it is the same cake. Sorry about that though if you email us on support@postmanpooch.zendesk.com we can give you a £5 voucher for this mishap. “Ordered a gift box for a poorly dog and it arrived the following morning ! The treats were demolished and certainly assisted in cheering up a subdued pooch!!! The toys a squirrel and a little lamb have become firm favourite ! A really great service and great company !!! Highly recommend!”

“The delivery was super quick But the items were much to be desired the cake was nice but the hat was just too small especially for a big dog, could I suggest that the hat gets an elasticated band to allow it to fit most if not all dogs other than that there was no other problems everything else was as great”

“Order from postman pooch to get my girl a birthday present. She loved everything in the box especially the sprats. As she's a staffy I was a bit cautious with the today's that came in the tough box and when they came I was pleasantly surprised. Good quality and the rugby ball has lasted over a week.... Slightly chewed but still mostly in one piece. And then the pupcake she practically inhaled. Would recommend and will be ordering again for her next birthday!”

“Bought the soft toy birthday box for my three year old cockapoo fur baby. She absolutely loved the treats (especially the tripe sticks). The stuffingless elephant and space hopper squeaky toy are now firm favourites. Postage and delivery was really quick. Good quality products. Great service. Will order again 😊🐶”
