“I recently bought a gift for my sisters new puppy. Im so glad I went with a smaller independent retailer; it arrived really promptly, well packaged and with a hand-written card. I would definitely recommend.”

“Loved the idea of the box and Bronte enjoyed opening it! Would purchase again and try out other boxes. 4 stars as option for large/giant breed not available but will order a pick your own box to try. One happy customer and one happy puppy.”

“I bought a get well soon gift box for my sisters dog as she had been a little poorly and had to have an operation. After a stressful and upsetting few days it bought a smile to my sisters face when receiving the gifts. Great quality gifts and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a birthday box for my dog Nala who is quite the toy destroyer! As usual, I left it extremely last minute but I was very pleased with the service. It came within a few days and a few before her birthday and the box was beautifully organised and had plenty of toys and treats to keep her occupied for her birthday 🥳 I would highly recommend!”

Hi Beth, really sorry to hear you haven't received your order. On looking at our system your order was posted with Royal Mail on 1st October. I've checked our support system and we haven't received any email from you unless you have sent it to a different email address. On the order confirmation email you will have had a note at the bottom to raise any issues with orders to the following email address support@postmanpooch.zendesk.com this would raise a case in our ticket support system and any problems would be dealt with straight away.
