“My package order had a few missing items including the birthday hat and the popcorn which was a shame considering I ordered the pack for this reason. No email to state any of those items would be out of stock and to be replaced. Not only was it missing items one of the items had expired a few months back, which my dog had felt unwell after consuming afterwards. Response was quick and replacements with extra items was sent so was quick to rectify but sadly his birthday had passed so wasn't as perfect as I wanted it to be.”
