“The staff at Post a Rose are very helpful and pleasant. Generally the flowers are fine. When I have had a complaint it was dealt with and I was compensated too. I usually take advantage of their special offers. Every little helps! The free delivery is a bonus and the flowers/plants always arrive in good condition and well packed. I will be using them this coming year and am happy to recommend them to you too!”

“The flowers were delivered in a timely manner, however the roses were in very poor condition - the stems were black and the heads fell off. The other flowers within the bouquet were ok, but was a little disappointed as a previous flowers I've purchased have always been excellent.”

“I have used post- a -rose on several occasions mostly with good service Delivering on time etc. .However there have been a couple of times when the flowers have not arrived at their best including Christmas just gone . The potted Christmas Rose had broken stems and the underneath foliage had started to die. I was told by the recipient that I would have been very disappoint with my purchase. I should have complained before but feel I have left it too late. Will be thinking twice about using them again.”

“I have been using Post-a-Rose for a number of years and have never been disappointed in the service I have received. The website has become increasingly user-friendly and the saving of names and addresses is a helpful feature, especially when one is in a hurry! There is a good range of flowers available - I think the petite roses are a particularly good deal, in fact Post-a-Rose offers real value for money - and of course getting plenty of money-off offers is always attractive!”
