“I ordered a product to be delivered to my home address with the intention of delivering it myself as a present. A member of staff queried my order, I am sure with the best of intentions. However what then followed was an assumption that I didn't want the order on the day that I had asked for it to be delivered. I then had to chase that up. When the order arrived, one of the chocolate items had been smashed during delivery. Then I received an email from your company confirming the cost. The email did not include the discount that had been offered and I queried this only to be told that the discount had been applied but just didn't show on the email. Unfortunately I do not think I will be ordering from your company again as I have had to make contact with you over a couple of issues and I don't think I could be bothered with that hassle again.”
