“Ordered 2 plants to be delivered on a specific day, one came on that day the other came two days late, this second one was not up to standard, so my mother phoned, she was told to keep the original and a new second one was posted, which turned up in good condition. I will use this company again as that level of customer service is welcome”

“I was lucky enough to visit the recipients of the flowers shortly after they were received. The displays were beautiful and there were plenty of flowers in the bouquets. The flowers were fresh and full and vibrant in colour. My only issue was that they seemed to have been delivered by Royal Mail rather than private courier as was stated on the website. As nobody was home to receive the initial delivery, the flowers went to a Royal Mail depot and a card left (not stating that they were flowers/perishable) - had I not told the recipient that they needed collecting as soon as possible, they could have been left for days without water.”

“The post-a-rose website is easy to use. I like the way I can call up previous names and addresses. There is a good range of flowers too. For my sister's birthday I send four successive weekly bouquets - easy to afford with your prices - and my sister gets to enjoy her birthday for much longer!”

“I ordered a deluxe bouquet of Gerbras for my girlfriend and my word they didn't let me down when they say deluxe. Flowers were fantastic, my girlfriend loved them. Major brownie points for me, with a little help from post-a-rose of course ????. Highly recommended service, quality product and they are still flowering after 2 weeks. Thank you.”
