“I was going to contact post a rose and then this review request arrived. Always been happy with service I have received but on this occasion disappointed. My daughter received her yellow tulips , two of which were slightly droopy. The others only lasted 5 days and apparently never really reached fully bloom or looked lovely. So disappointing.”

Thank you for taking the time to supply a review and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are very sorry that your flowers were not up to your expectations. We guarantee all our flowers for at least 7 days, however other factors such as temperature can have an impact on the lifespan of a bouquet. Nevertheless, it appears that we have failed on this occasion and therefore we would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement bouquet with our apologies. “The box looked nice but the rose wilted within 24hrs. Some roses I bought from a major supermarket 3 days before significantly outlasted it.”

Dear Stuart, Thank you for taking the time to supply a review and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are very sorry that your flowers were not up to your expectations. We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. But it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement bouquet with our apologies. For maximum vase life we always recommend locating flowers in a cool place away from drafts and direct sunlight or other sources of heat. “Sight was easy enough to navigate, a very good selection was available and the flowers were delivered promptly, The delivery came a day after scheduled so I had slight worries about their freshness. The presentation of the flowers was good. The section for leaving a gift message could be improved- manually clicking down onto the next line when space runs out is clunky.”

“The flower gift pack was for our niece who had just had a baby - she went through a very traumatic week - the flowers, teddy and balloon made her smile and that was worth every penny. They were beautiful. I would recommend post-a-rose to anyone looking to send flowers for any occassion”

“Have used PAR for years but few weeks ago I sent flowers to my girlfriend to be delivered on a Friday, that Friday she was off I'll, contacted PAR via email a the woman dealing was very kurt and unhelpful, will definitely not use them again.”

“The flowers should have been delivered on the Thursday, but they were not . If they did call and nobody was home they should have left a calling card or they could have been left at the neighbours. I rang them up and the flowers were then delivered on the Friday. I didn't see the flowers so can,t really comment. However, my friend said they were lovely.”
