“The delux red roses received on 17 June for my wife's birthday were not up to the usual quality as after 4 days the heads on the majority of them began to droop, whereas, as a regular customer over numerous years, I have rarely had a similar problem as the bouquets usually last well over a week before showing signs of dropping. My daughter also purchased roses for her mother's birthday and they too were disappointing on this occasion. John Killip”

We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. But it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement bouquet with our apologies. “This was the first time I had used Post A Rose to send flowers, it was so easy to do, and you can add your own personal message. The flowers arrived on time and I received a picture from the person who received them and they looked wonderful. Very pleased with the service and look forward to using it again.”

“I bought flowers to be sent to a relative. I understand they arrived on the day Post a Rose said they would, and they must have been nice, because my relative wrote and thanked me, but I can't comment in more detail because I never saw them. I missed out on a summer discount because I couldn't find a code anywhere on the brochure I had been sent and only after I had placed the order at full price I discovered a slip of paper sent with the brochure offering a reduction. The code was not sent in email as far as I could see. I think Post a Rose usually gives reliable service and it is very convenient.”

“My auntie lives in a home on the island and the flowers arrived promptly. She tells me they were beautiful and fresh - I have chosen the peonies. She was delighted and I know as from past experience they would arrive and be of good quality.”

“Pretty Poor, the roses died after two days and we followed the advice card, fed them, cut the stem at an angle etc... not very good for the price if I'm to be honest.”

We guarantee all our flowers for at least 7 days, however other factors such as temperature can have an impact on the lifespan of a bouquet.
