The delux red roses received on 17 June for my wife's birthday were not up to the usual quality as after 4 days the heads on the majority of them began to droop, whereas, as a regular customer over numerous years, I have rarely had a similar problem as the bouquets usually last well over a week before showing signs of dropping.
My daughter also purchased roses for her mother's birthday and they too were disappointing on this occasion.
