“I emailed your company a couple of weeks ago and got no reply. I am very unhappy with the service which I didn't receive. No-one rang the door to my flat, although a card was left in the foyer saying that they had. Considering the flowers are perishable there was no point having them redelivery not at their best and it would have been too late anyway. Very, very unhappy.”

“I recently sent a rose to my husband for our wedding anniversary he was really happy and suprised as he didn't know it was coming. When he brought it home I couldn't believe the quality and presentation it looked really expensive and made my husband feel special. I was really pleased i sent him the rose and would happily use your company again.”

“Just spoken to the recipient of the peonies delivered this week. Unfortunately the peonies were in a very 'delicate' state and the foliage was dead. However I cannot blame Post a rose as the weather temperature was so high that it was unlikely that any flowers would survive a journey via the postal service in such exceptional weather. I have always been satisfied with previous orders”
