The support team were also good at explaining initially what extra work I had to carry out in advance of the installation. The website and questions worked well. The installer surprised me by initially turning up a week early. When he came back a week later the installation was smooth and he went through the features and explained how it worked

During a difficult and not so straight forward installation, Pod Point supplied a fantastic engineer who helped me throughout the process to update my mains supply and eventually was able to connect my home charger without any problems.

Some delay in arranging the installation, but the installation itself was excellent, and the charger works wonderfully well

Very good overall, only comment that the brick dust stuck to wall beneath POD could have been cleaned off

It took a while to get the installation scheduled due to the prerequisite information drop being all online and asynchronous, but other than that delay, all went well.

The preparation for the installation was a bit lengthy, having to take photographs of various aspects of the house electrics, which in post-COVID times could have been done through a visit from an engineer instead. However, the actual installation was top-class. The engineer was very polite, knowledgable, helpful and efficient and I'm very pleased with the job that he did. I now can't wait for my new car to arrive so that I can use the charge point!

Good communication throughout, the pre-installation requirements took some time to sort out but we got there. ON the day the install went really well and was very neatly and professionally done.

Technician was very professional and helpful and listened to our requirements. He worked efficiently despite the appalling weather conditions. Only slight issue was that he didn't take away all the packaging and rubbish - we had to dispose of it.

This is a complementary installation via jaguar promotion. After jaguar supplied the wrong email to podpoint it took 2 months to get the ball rolling. However once pod pour got the correct details process started quickly. After submitting pictures as requested during the pre installation was notified that my elec supply needed in looped. Local elec company did this for free but took 4 months due to being very busy. Once supply was unlooped podpoint scheduled installation within a couple of weeks and is now fitted and working.

Very efficient. Clear explanation, easily installed. Everything was kept neat and tidy. We have electric roller doors, both of which had a problem (different problems) after the installation and the installer left. This could easily be a complete coincidence but it did seem strange.

My first appt for fitting was cancelled the night before - although I had to contact podpoint myself to find out why I had been offered another appt. Apparently the engineer was unwell but nobody let me know to explain the situation. Despite this poor communication, when Danny arrived (a week later) the service was excellent.

It was unfortunate that the installation took place on a very wet and windy day. The instal!er had no protection from the weather and I had to hold an umbrella over him and the fuse box at part of the installation process to protect the electrics from the rain. The installer could have done with something he could work under to protect from the elements. It was not explained to me which fuse on my fuse board covers the charging unit if I needed to turn off the supply at the fuse box.

Had a problem trying to down load pictures for pre installation, lucky enough Trevor Deakin the guy that done installation lives very close to me and kindly came round to do survey, I can see some people not bothering to proceed due to the very complicated issue with digital pictures and finding earthing cables , Trevor did very professional job was polite and explained everthing

Everything worked well, except pre-installation form was a bit of a pain to understand and complete requiring numerous photos etc
