The item that you sent to me was not what I ordered & was not as described on your website.The plug that I received was 1 1/2” not 1 1/4” as per my order.The plug is described as “solid basin plug in chrome “ this is also incorrect as the plug that I received is indeed plastic & bore no resemblance to the website photograph. Iwould not have ordered such an item ! I have emailed yourselves on 2 occasions with no response since 08/08/20

They were selling charcoal grout on their web site. I ordered charcoal grout, they were very quick with the delivery and I was very impresses at that point. i opened the box and the grout was white. I rang and was greetrd with an indifferent man who wanted a photo?. So I sent a photo and didn't here anything back, so I eventually rang again, they picked up the first box and delivered a second. I opened the box it was white. I could go on about job not being finished for client. Anyway turnes out they don't even sell charcoal only white, seems they have just taken a photo of charcoal and put it on their site? WHY.

Did not receive the product ordered, on the website wrong picture shown. Had to pay for the item return, although, I had paid for deliver. Customer service a nightmare to contact. I would not use this company again.

Ordered a simple spring relief valve on 4/7/20 and still waiting for delivery on 27/7/20, have chased but still no reply. Poor customer service.

I purchased a repair kit for a Rothenberger Superfire 2 I have a problem with the Pieso unit not working. So I contacted them via their email customer service, you get a a automated reply ticket. I have now emailed 5 times and each time the ticket is closed without a reply! This has now been going on since the 8th of July, So phone call tomorrow. So I can only give them 1 star for their email customer service.

Absolutely useless. You listed them on your website. I paid. You sent me an email to confirm the order.. then one to say order complete and another with Royal Mail tracking number. I paid for delivery in 2-3 working days. When the items didn't arrive I phoned you and you said "we haven't got any". You wasted my time and delayed my building project. I cannot comprehend how any business can get as wrong as you have.

Ordered a kit didn’t come as one order as advertised. Came as 2 separate packages only received one sill waiting on the other it’s been over a week.

hI, I have just looked into your order and from the tracking information provided I can see there was an attempt to deliver but was unable and has been taken to local post office "Our driver has taken your parcel to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect. The card left by our driver will give the details of the Post Office. This card and a form of ID should be taken when collecting the parcel." I hope this solves your problem Thanks

The poor rating is not for their gear or the service of sending it out it is for their non existent customer service, Have phoned and left a message plus emailed them with no reply whatsoever!

The website said they had the item in stock. I placed an order a few days later I was told it was not in stock. When pushing further I was told the eta should be no more than a few days. It has now been two weeks.

First order was fulfilled super fast. Second order a night mare, did not arrive so tried to contact support. Would not except my my email address (which they had used to send confirmation to) Contacted them by phone, they confirmed I had paid but could not explain my lack of goods. Items despatched again, they arrived 3 days later on "24hr Carrier" One item was a Rothenberger 6' spirit level. It had just been wrapped in fling film type tape with no protection on the ends. As a result the level which is triangular section had punched holes through its protective fitted bag on all the sharp corners of the level. To add insult to injury, when I removed the level from its bag it looked second hand. Black scuff marks and scratches on one side from end to end . Contacted support (using different email address) received a ticket number for my complaint but no action. Now neither email address will log in. Very strange me thinks! Would not deal with this company again under any circumstances.

Part ordered developed a fault after four days. Company seem to be giving me the run around trying to get a refund and now ignoring my emails. Terrible customer service and definitely wouldn’t use them again!

Two weeks ago I ordered a few items from plumbing direct. It seemed easy, and payment was taken smoothly. Nothing happened for 10 days, then a nice email saying that one item was not available (a tap). Tracking number simply said "you will be advised in due course". Today, a phone call from Parcel Force just after 7am to announce the arrival of the goods between 1427 and 1527, very precise. Bit early in the morning to remember it, so I had to write it down having been woken up by the call. Its 1830, and no parcel. Good job we don't have a leaking tap, eh? Incidentally, no refund yet for the tap not in stock.
