“Very poor costumer service refusing to send me return label, Plumbing supplier direct manager told me that I have to pay for postage. Hotbox with no foam for box no package for super fire 2 and very little bubble wrap and still not acceptable for them to refund my money”

Hi John, A little disappointed you have left us this one star review, I have just spoken with you regarding this order and I explained that you can see from the tracking information it was dispatched the same day and is in the hands of Royal Mail, I am sorry but due to a worldwide pandemic and shops being closed this has but extra stress on the postal service and they are unable to handle such a big increase in volume, I would hope you could show a little understanding. Thank you

“Paid for 1-3 deliver, now a 6 days, nothing arrived. Track systems states nothing in their track system yet. Have email twice,both auto reply states expect a reply within 24 hrs...nothing! The only correspondence....this one asking for a review 🤪. An excuse of lost in post...unlikely. Postal services states goods not in system! Someone needs to wake up. Or even states goods not available, so I can go elsewhere!”

“I ordered a small part (seal kit) from Plumbing Supplies Direct on Tuesday, and been asked to write a review on the following Sunday. If the seal kit turns up, I might be able to write a more favourable review, but at this time I'm still waiting for the £10 order that was posted in earlier in the week (I'm told) to arrive. Hence 1 star review.”

“Should I write a review? Most awful service I have ever had from any company! On two occasions now Plumbing Supplies Direct have messed up my order. First time they resolved it after 2 months worth of battling. This time they refunded me my money. Worst customer service as well. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.. specially if they want to receive there item on time. Do not buy from this company”

“Major problems paying for my order I had spent some time putting together. I called for help and was basically told tough and redo the entire order. Wasn’t impressed but I had already put the effort in to select what I wanted. Wouldn’t use this site again.”
