“I paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The delivery people decided to delivery it on Monday, when no one was on site. They didn't leave a card, so no one knew they had attempted delivery, and until I contacted them on the following Thursday, I had received no communication from them whatsoever. The person I spoke to on the phone had to check multiple times to find out what had happened, and where my parcel was, and finally, I had to go to the collection point where it had been left, with my ID. The correct part did arrive, which is the reason why I've given them 2 stars rather than 1.”

“Packaging was not satisfactory and the coil of copper tube arrived partially cripped and damaged (mishaped) in a number of places. Feel therefore that I did not get my money's worth. Did email to advise Plumbing Supplies but heard nothing in response.”

“Ordered this set a month ago. I am still waiting on 2 items… this was a present for an apprentice so not ideal… the customer service is great however the set should not be sold unless it can be shipped complete… or at least say ‘missing 3 items’ (I received the ‘set’ missing 3 items). Would have hoped for some compensation or similar…”

“Only part of the order was delivered, with the remainder to follow. I ordered 3 brick jointers and only one was delivered. Still waiting for remainder. No date given as yet. Why sell items that are out of stock. I needed 3 so I ordered 3.”

“To be fair to PSD, the delay in delivery was down to the manufacturer (or wholesaler), but PSD did alert me to the problem and twice gave me the option of cancellation and a refund. I declined because I could afford to wait. However, when the goods arrived, it was without warning - not a problem since the package was small enough to fit though my letter box. The item was welled wrapped, but turned out to be damaged (a piece of the gasket had been broken off). I informed PSD a week ago, sending them the photo attached to this review and asking for a replacement, but they haven't replied.”

“I bought a Worcester MT10 Mecanical Timer unit. Paid for 1-3 delivery and received it 4 days after placing order. Apparently it was out of stock so had to be sourced from somewhere else before it was dispatched to me. Thats fine but just dont charge for 1-3 delivery if its is going to be LATE!!”

“Came broken. Small plastic part was snapped. When pushed flush it stuck and would not flush a second time. Had to use part from only one to get to work. Did not return as needed it now and seeing as i could fix it easy could not be bothered with the hassel.”

“I ordered 5 UFC actuators and got 2 mails, the first said order success, the second said they were out of stock. It needed a call from me to clarify. On this basis communication could be better. Items still not received after a week.”

“Sorry, I don't like given negative reviews but my copper tubing turned up just wrapped in tape at both ends meaning that due to uncareful shipping the tubing was dented in many places, not ony does it look bad you obviously can't get a proper seal if you want to cut it at where the many dents were. Shoiuld be shipped more carefully or in a protective tube. The rest of the order was fine”

“Hi ordered 3 ox t shirts and they came the next day but with only 2 ox t shirts in, so delivery was fantastic but a little disappointed. Contacted them over the weekend stating the problem and they have sent another one so all in all there was a problem but they have fixed it”
