“Good service. one item not in stock but arrived not long after. good quick reply to a e mail query from Nick.. delivery was a bit longer than i expected ,but reasonable enough. Will definately use you again.”

“Would have been 5 stars but first product came in a creased box and the circular clear seal had been undone. The product (Dudley pneumatic flush valve) looked ok so I fitted it. Unfortunately, the short flush bellows leaked. Plumbing Supplies Direct despatched a replacement immediately and it's due to arrive tomorrow. So, PSD you were great in your response to the issue thank you.”

“I don’t want to give a bad review, but the hose you sent is not the same as your picture on your website ( no shut off valve ). Although it does the job I could have purchased this on eBay for £20 delivered”
