“Terrible customer service - won't reply to emails unless repeatedly chased. Then had the poor taste to blame Covid 19 for their shortcomings. Charged extra for next day delivery and failed to deliver on time, but will not refund, even though now they are offering free next day delivery to orders well below my order value. If nothing goes wrong with your order, I'm sure they are fine, but if there is a problem, they are useless.”

“Poor. Look at the photo of what I bought. Flexi water pipe connector with valve. When they arrived...no valve. So frustrating as I made a point of ensuring I was ordering with valve and had to go and buy elsewhere. Complete waste of my time, effort, and money.”

“Asked for it to be left in a certain place if I was not in but they didn’t leave and have brought it back to their depot This has caused me much inconvenience it would have been quicker for me to just go and buy it”

Hi David, Sorry, you were not happy with the delivery company. Leaving items unattended is not advised by us due to the number of cases we have where products have been left where the customer instructed and then go missing. As your order was high value it is always best to get a signature at an address. I hope you understand and might consider changing your review Thanks Ryan Online Manager

“Not happy with the service. Only received part of my order and still waiting for the rest of the order. No body contacted me about order saying I will receive part & rest to follow. I had to do all the chasing up to find out where is my order.”

“Order placed for 2 items, selected overnight delivery. Order accepted. money taken. Imagine my surprise when 1 item turned up the next day and the other the day after that. When queried was given the explanation that 1 item was out of stock. No mention of this was made when I placed the order. Not impressed,”

“Paid for next day delivery which didn't come, I've ended up having to pick up my self almost a week later. The item wasn't packaged so the bag was scuffed and dirty and the 2 pipe slices did not come. I have already been in touch to inform you of the missing tools so I am waiting for a reply.
