“I ordered Monument Master Plunger Green Plastic. My card was charged on 12 January 2025. I was asked to submit a review today (19/01/2025). To date the item has not been delivered to me. This is disappointing. I don't seem to have any emails from this supplier confirming this order or an order number.”

“I never received nothing from plumbing supplies direct. Place the order and after a couple of days I received a email regarding the item is not in stock and they ask me for a full refund. After I received this email to do a short review. What’s happening? I will receive my order o not?”

“Ordered 30 bags of floor leveller, no confirmation email first of all, then called the next day to be told that they couldn't fulfill the order due to the size, my question why have that quantity available to order? Then they didn't refund, and we got a text saying it's being delivered that day? Called again for the man to say no it wasn't being delivered and that it was an automatic system notification and they don't deliver to Scotland anyway! Shocking company”

“Placed an order on the 7th of October. Paid extra for fast delivery with parcel force, 1-3 working days. The item has never arrived. Never received a confirmation email of the order. I had to search local shops to finish a project over weekend. I am filling a claim on PayPal. Appropriate feedback was writers on Trust Pilot too. You are just idiots.”

“Product advertised and subsequently purchased, was not the product supplied. Completely different product design, only capable of 90 deg bends and didn’t support required pipe size, so not fit for purpose.”
