“Very disappointed to find that the valve was not new but used. It looked like it had just been removed from an old system and was filthy. Even after giving it a good clean, I can't trust that it is usable so It has gone straight in the bin.”

“Product as advertised at good price. Service after purchase awful. No dispatch information given, no delivery company given or tracking information given. Parcel was missed as this information was not given. When I complained, customer service was poor and was told I should have waited in the house all day just in case the parcel arrived.”

“Absolutely appalling, never buying from them again. Sent a faulty float valve for toilet so my plumber had to go and buy a new one from screwfix. These things can happen but my issue is I've sent 2 emails to the company to get a refund and waited for 3 days now and not even a reply or acknowledgement!”

“They are all over the place, taking forever for replies, it says they have it in stock then you receive an email saying they are out of stock you call for refund and magically they have it, no confirmation of received order or dispatched order, today it just magically turn up with parcel force at least it came”

“I ordered Monument Master Plunger Green Plastic. My card was charged on 12 January 2025. I was asked to submit a review today (19/01/2025). To date the item has not been delivered to me. This is disappointing. I don't seem to have any emails from this supplier confirming this order or an order number.”
