“Still waiting for my refund”

“Ordered before 2.30pm on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery. Email received Saturday morning to say order was finished. Arranged for someone to be in the house all day - no delivery. Nothing on Sunday. Phoned Monday morning and told there were issues with a couple of items in the pack! Communications need improving. Full refund given thankfully. Won't be using again though!”

“I would have loved to leave a video review, but it did not arrive,orderd on thu 28 Dec,expecting to be delivered next day,I recieved a tracking number,to then be told by email,a several days later they don't have it stocked,and don't know when it will be stocked,and how do I wish to proceed,great,I am now still waiting for a refund,had no reply via email even though I have sent a few times stating I want a refund as they have not fulfilled my order,not impressed whatsoever,”

“The product turned out to not be available but I didn't receive the message and had to chase it to find out what had happened. Seems PSD used a different email account to send that message and it went to my junk. This was disappointing because I was expecting the parts and lost valuable time. The website should have been updated when stocks were out , and then the item removed altogether when the product was found to be no longer available. Furthermore the balance of the order came out by ParcelForce and because we were not in to take delivery on the only attempt,it was taken to a local Post Office (convenience store with PO counter) and it took me two visits trying to park and then queue for ages to finally collect it. This has happened twice now with Parcelforce so I won't be using this supplier unless a more flexible courier can be used. None of this would happen with my local merchant suppliers so the small cost saving of using PSD is wiped out by the time and energy wasted.”

“Ordered a sink valve and flexi pipe. Paid extra for parcel force. Wrong flexi pipe was sent, couldn't finish job. Then a trip to the shops I was trying to avoid. Raised return ticket on Thursday first thing, no response from customer services it's now Monday. Not a great first experience with these guys.”

“Good service . On time and efficient, however I wanted to return a product, I called serval times and no answer and e mailed serval times with no replay. Bit disappointing quick enough to take my money 🤷🏼‍♂️”

“Having placed an order for a Rothenberger plumbing pack I was advised that parcel force Would deliver this in 2 parcels unfortunately after Waiting 2 days nothing arrived so I contacted Alex whom sorted out one the other never arrived Very poor service as tried several times to contact Them by phone with no answer I shall never use This company again.”
