“I ordered 5 different pairs of ceramic disc cartridges but they doubled up on one particular cartridge so there was 1 pair i never received,i phoned them up and they said take a picture of the wrong item and email us with the picture and the details of what's wrong, im sure iv'e got time for that, their mistake, let them do the sorting out.”

Hi Keith, I am very sorry about this error and I hope you can understand we are extremely busy and while we are trying our best to get orders out as quickly and correctly as possible mistakes do happen. We will absolute resolve this for you but we must follow the process we have put into place and cant do anything until we receive images from yourself. Hope we can resolve this Thanks

“Website took my order & payment, then I was informed goods despatched, on fact they were not in stock, so not despatched... I had to email them to find out what was happening, then informed the goods were due in, I am still waiting. Not very good service!”

“Ordered a product from them that was in stock on their web page,waited for more that 7 days for the delivery(of course they charged me 5.99£ delivery) just to get to the point when I have to ring them up and to hear all these excuses and that they are waiting for stock to be refilled.How does this work????You are a merchant.If you do not have the needed products in stock then do nog advertise them as ‘in stock’ because the reason we buy tools is to do the job that we need to do without being delayed by this kind of untrustworthy companies”
