“Utility key slightly to big...”

“Unfortunately the wrong cistern lever was sent out, I couldn't seem to find any account to sign in to and couldn't set up a new one, as it said I wasn't authorised to do so. I had to call up to let them know and unfortunately it seems any response to the open ticket would have been put on to where I'm supposed to be able to login, so who knows what the answer is to resolve it. I guess I'll have to try to call them again! I can't rate the toilet lever itself, because I have no clue what sort of quality it is, as I was just sent a contract lever instead!”

“I never got the item in time to use it on the job I purchased it for. I got told at the last minute it was out of stock so wouldn't be arriving. In fairness when the stock came in they sent it out by 24 tracked delivery at no extra cost so it would still arrive in time. Unfortunately then Royal Mail delivered it 72 hours later which Plumbing Supplies Direct couldn't control! Overall I would definitely use them again as they did everything in their control to fulfill my order on time.”

“Ordered a wifi ideal halo thermostat controller. Whilst the box stated WiFi, when it wouldn’t work and I called Ideal they advised the item sold wasn’t the wifi version. Thankfully as I was able to send a photo of the invoice and box Ideal completed the upgrade at no extra cost.”

“3 Stars... for the following reasons. An issue at purchase. No confirmation email to state that my order had been received but an email asking if I had forgotten something. I tried contacting Plumbing Supplies but got no answer at the time. This prompted alarms in me and my follow-up research resulted in me contacting my bank because the money had been allocated and so the transaction was being monitored. Two days later the product was delivered... unexpected but within the timeframe. Sadly the product was the wrong length of roll, 2m instead of 2.5m. I managed to contact Plumbing Supplies and collection of the 2m roll has taken place. At the time of writing this review I have paid for a product that I do not have so can't review the product. Would I use Plumbing Supplies again... Yes, because at least I now know that they are a legitimate company, they deliver on time and as for the wrong product... it's just one mistake that if corrected and I receive my order, then all is fine.”

“Ordered before 2pm on a Friday for "next day delivery". Nothing arrived but received an email on the Monday stating there was no stock. Offered the coice between a refund or to wait for stock to arrive. I opted for a refund that was processed that Thursday. Unfortunately, it took nearly a week from the time of ordering to receiving a refund for an item I thought I would have and install within days. Slightly disappointing. Will use my preferred supplier in future instead.”

“Good parts arived on time as i hoped. Thank you. Only concern at the time was i did not recieve that my order had been recieved and was being actioned. The only time later on was when Parcel Force was contacting me.”

“I had no email or any acknowledgement of my purchase of delivery; I'd to ring them up to confirm my purchase. And I was then promised an email invoice, but didn't get it. The invoice came with the package which was delivered in the time I was informed. No problem with the delivery.”

“PSD were good. I ordered the product, thinking you got the spindle with it, as it was in the picture. You didn’t. Disappointed, but hey ho. I will learn for next time.”
