“Only half of my order arrived. Emailed the support email, received an automated reply advising that a member of staff will respond to the email... I’m still waiting? Not concerned over missing clips but really poor customer service”

“Product arrived damaged, tile adhesive with a damaged lid meant it had started to go off, was going to complain but couldn’t see how so didn’t bother”

“Paid for next day delivery which didn't come, I've ended up having to pick up my self almost a week later. The item wasn't packaged so the bag was scuffed and dirty and the 2 pipe slices did not come. I have already been in touch to inform you of the missing tools so I am waiting for a reply. Regards Carl Jones”

“My package arrived open and the contents had been interfered with. I do not know whether this is the fault of the supplier or the carrier. I have requested securely packed replacement but this has not yet arrived”

“After 3 days I had delivery date and spent the day to collect ,nothing arrived, called next day been told is out of stock. So waste one day waiting for it even I had delivery conformation from parcel force and next day telling me out of stock. Disappointed.”
