“Plumbing Supplies Direct took no notice whatsoever of any emails I sent them apart from sending three thin walled 1/8 bsp sockets then a week later another 2 were delivered when I requested a credit for the 2 owed instead of sending another 2 they owed me. Not observant enough no way,,./....”

“Absolutely useless. Products not in stock, eventually sent the washer I ordered, without the plastic nut shown online. Luckily I had the old one. Other washers also not in stock, I had to prchase them from a local plumber. I will NEVER use them again.”

“decorator's brass 3/4 cap ordered.It took them7 days to inform me that they were out of stock and it will be another week before they can send it.Well over another week has past email no cap. Will never use them again”

“Item is missleading states 15 and 22 mm but on plastic is stamped 3/4 and 1/2 inch which is imperial size and will be too small for Metric pipe”

“Not sure what size package was used to ship my small Rothenberger blades, but the Royal Mail tried and failed to post my letter through a large letterbox in my front door. No idea where my parcel is as the website says my order is pending.”

“Items were not available as advertised on website. Also I was not compensated for paying for a 1-3day delivery which was not honoured as the full order was not received with in that time. Also emails were not answered in a timely manner and I had to wait on telephone service for approximately half an hour to get the issue resolved which was frustrating as no one was answering and the prerecorded message kept repeating itself saying no one was available to answer the phone. Now I also have an upset customer that was expecting their job to be completed over the weekend and now it’s Tuesday, nearly a week later and I still haven’t yet received the items. Extremely poor service and experience. For me to use this organisation again serious compensation and discount is in order or else I will not be returning or recommending!”

“I have not received my product as yet, the email asking for a review is the first message I have received from them. I called them 5 days ago chasing and was told that it was delayed because of an issue with the stock control system. I haven't seen or heard anything further, neither has there been any communication from them. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! STAY AS FAR FROM THEM AS THE EAST IS FROM THE WEST!!!”
