“Item ordered and I was then advised it is out of stock after payment had been taken from my account. Asked if I’d like to wait on stock or would like a refund. Requested a refund and am still waiting on it and have had no further contact advising when the refund will be made.”

“I ordered a part the website showed the part was in-stock. 1-3 working days for delivery. The next day I received an email stating the part had been dispatched and a parcel force tracking number was supplied. On the 4th working day with no delivery I checked the tracking number with parcel force to it was not recognised. I telephoned to enquire about my order and was told that my part hadn't been in stock and they had ordered one from somewhere else but that had gone missing. I told the person I was talking to to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they would 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the refund!”

“Product arrived yesterday after a delay(was ok with the delay thanks to good communications) sadly the main part of the product was not in the bag/box and is clearly missing. Tried to call no answer, have emailed, no answer. Disappointed that they don’t have people working in a Friday and now starting to think I may have been scammed. Beware”

“Ordered theb1st of Feb, no delivery. Tracking g number does not work. Called several times with no answer. Sent an email they say will be responded to in 24 hours that has never been answered. First and last time I order with this company.”

“Ordered part 12 days before having to chase up .they hadn't received from another branch .I had text parcel force delivering part sat 3rd .it never came .asked fir refund on 10th awaiting refund .terrible service”

“I'm wondering whether someone's trying to wind me up, asking me to leave a review. I've used plumbing supplies direct twice now and on both occasions they have failed to deliver. Order confirmation sent and a tracking number that doesn't work, then days later, when you're thinking, that part or tool should be here by now, you get an email saying its out of stock! What a joke, don't waste your time!”

“Disappointed. I bought a product (25 Units) from them but they dispatched only 7 and told me that they were out of stock. When I am trying to reply to them, their emails bounce and no one picks phone at 01162001018. This company looks like a scam to me.”

“Ordered before 2.30pm on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery. Email received Saturday morning to say order was finished. Arranged for someone to be in the house all day - no delivery. Nothing on Sunday. Phoned Monday morning and told there were issues with a couple of items in the pack! Communications need improving. Full refund given thankfully. Won't be using again though!”

“I would have loved to leave a video review, but it did not arrive,orderd on thu 28 Dec,expecting to be delivered next day,I recieved a tracking number,to then be told by email,a several days later they don't have it stocked,and don't know when it will be stocked,and how do I wish to proceed,great,I am now still waiting for a refund,had no reply via email even though I have sent a few times stating I want a refund as they have not fulfilled my order,not impressed whatsoever,”
