“I ordered 5x Baxi Vertical Flue Kits and had a message to say they only had 2x in stock and asking what I would like to do. I requested that the 2x be sent as theybare urgent and send the following 3x when available. I have no response for a week despite sending several messages. I eventually managed to call PSD and sorted out the delivery for the 2x in stock which arrived slightly squashed. Still waiting for the rest of the order.”
