“Purchased a pair of these, as I found using the superb monument pipe bender challengingwith the arms supplied. These have made all the difference, and I can now bend copper pipe with ease. Very competitively priced, beautifully and securely packaged, and delivered rapidly. Can't fault the company on this evidence.”

“Unfortunately the wrong cistern lever was sent out, I couldn't seem to find any account to sign in to and couldn't set up a new one, as it said I wasn't authorised to do so. I had to call up to let them know and unfortunately it seems any response to the open ticket would have been put on to where I'm supposed to be able to login, so who knows what the answer is to resolve it. I guess I'll have to try to call them again! I can't rate the toilet lever itself, because I have no clue what sort of quality it is, as I was just sent a contract lever instead!”

“Plumbing Supplies Direct took no notice whatsoever of any emails I sent them apart from sending three thin walled 1/8 bsp sockets then a week later another 2 were delivered when I requested a credit for the 2 owed instead of sending another 2 they owed me. Not observant enough no way,,./....”
