“I never got the item in time to use it on the job I purchased it for. I got told at the last minute it was out of stock so wouldn't be arriving. In fairness when the stock came in they sent it out by 24 tracked delivery at no extra cost so it would still arrive in time. Unfortunately then Royal Mail delivered it 72 hours later which Plumbing Supplies Direct couldn't control! Overall I would definitely use them again as they did everything in their control to fulfill my order on time.”

“Wow what a great service! Ordered this replacement shower pump, the original model is no longer available but this one was suggested as the replacement. It was an exact fit brilliant. Price was one of the lowest on the web, ordered Tuesday evening, pump swapped over and working Thursday morning. I have one happy customer and you guys have one happy customer as well.”

“I bought a ultimate plumbing set and then read the reviews and thought id been scammed resigned to my fate and worrying if i coukd get a refund only for them to arrive the next day still skeptical thinking i had bought fakes i tested my blow torch and it worked fine and i believe that this company is legitamate and that the tools i boight are good value for the money”
