“Their website doesn’t state if items are in stock. Ordered and paid for item. Two hours later theirs email advised out if stock. 3 hours later their email said order completed. What did that mean ? Not clear at all. Sent email to them over the weekend explaing the events. Asked them to contact me first thing Monday morning to tell me if they had stock. They did not contact me. Rang 4 times to speak to them. No assistants available. Later I spoke to them when I eventually got through on the telephone. They admitted that they item shown on their webpage was incorrect. The product shown did not actually exist. Their service is very poor and I would not order from them again.”

“Called for confirm 24hr dispatch, instructed to pay extra for DPD service which resulted in the postage costing the same price as the item. Happy to do so, paid as instructed however sent on 3 day courier service. Emailed for support no response. Item arrived after job was competed.. Poor service”

“Ordered unit showed as 'in stock' when I ordered, but a few weeks later, no sign and the tracking information offered in the receipt wasn't valid. I then emailed them which started a 'ticket' which should get me a reply generally in 24 hours. Nothing for 6 days. When attempting to check the ticket, I couldn't register using my email address as the email address was already in use, so I tried to reset the password. I apparently didn't have permission to do that. Had to use PayPal to get my refund. Now claim it's not in stock. Very poor.”

“Delayed order, 12 days to arrive. Too late for the scheduled work. Wanted a refund got, like the delivery, a very late, 'sincere' apology. You guessed it, no refund. Won't be using again”

“Selling items that they do not have and are not aware of when stock will be replenished and was happy to take my money, the company made me aware 24hrs later (website says it was in stock) awful behaviour of a company”

“I have been using there played at work for quite a few months and they are clearly gold blades when I ordered them for my house I ordered two packs and they sent me silver ones standard ones when I rang up they said oh it was just the way the photograph was took on fob me off invoice I should get in touch with trading standards as I have the gold blades as well I’d be very careful when I placed my order with this people in future.”

“No heating as waiting for thermostat Bought product Email received Waited delivery After 5 days called Product out of stock Do I want to wait until it is?? No thanks!! Email was in my junk box to say item out of stock but had no reason to check there as confirmation and tracking notification went straight to my in box Maybe take a telephone number on order to make contact How is it I can order and pay for out of stock items? Cold in my house for another week”
