“Selling items that they do not have and are not aware of when stock will be replenished and was happy to take my money, the company made me aware 24hrs later (website says it was in stock) awful behaviour of a company”

“I have been using there played at work for quite a few months and they are clearly gold blades when I ordered them for my house I ordered two packs and they sent me silver ones standard ones when I rang up they said oh it was just the way the photograph was took on fob me off invoice I should get in touch with trading standards as I have the gold blades as well I’d be very careful when I placed my order with this people in future.”

“No heating as waiting for thermostat Bought product Email received Waited delivery After 5 days called Product out of stock Do I want to wait until it is?? No thanks!! Email was in my junk box to say item out of stock but had no reason to check there as confirmation and tracking notification went straight to my in box Maybe take a telephone number on order to make contact How is it I can order and pay for out of stock items? Cold in my house for another week”

“No product recieved as not in stock, wven though i got a dispatch notification, was then asked to review the product , that they hadnt sent me, very bad admin, you can still purchase said item online , but no stock or even a date for restocking”

“I found the Rothenberger blow lamp I wanted at a great price. It turned up on time and does exactly what I wanted with the bonus of a heat mat, flux, flux brushes, solder and non-potable jointing paste for a fraction of what they cost seperately!! I'm very happy !!”

“Catalogue of errors- 1. Item advertised for sale was not actually in stock. 2. When I enquired, was told approx a week. 3. email to enquire did not receive reply 4. Actually took from May until mid July!! 5. Not delivered to address. Neighbour gave it to us having found it abandoned in nearby track! Overall, not much more could have been wrong Martin B”

“They offered the boiler which I bought and paid for, sent a tracking number for 24 hour delivery.After 3 days having not been received, I called the sales who then explained there was no boilers available and the manager failed to advise the position so they then refunded the money. Very disappointed in this service”

“I am disappointed. I ordered 2 pipe cutter 15 and 22 mm. The 22mm I received in the original package from Rotherberge ,the 15mm it’s look like used. Come without the original package”
