“What a shame the size of this key was not stated. It turned out to be 1mm too small for my service cupboard lock, so I had to purchase another elsewhere. Did you know you can buy 3mm, 9mm and 10mm meter keys? Beware!”

“Ordered on 21/11/21 with a 3 to 7 day Royal Mail delivery date, items still not here 12 days later, no reply within the 24 email window either and when phoning at 16.55 today, the phones are on answer as they close at 17.00??”

“These were ordered and didn't arrive, when I rang, initially they didn't know where my order was, rang back to say they weren't in stock and wouldn't be until the middle of November, with a loo out of action I cancelled order and went to Screwfix instead!”

“I placed an order for an urgent part on a Saturday for Saturday delivery (which, assuming it is a vital part was understandable that it could be delivered same day). On the Monday I had to call to enquire where the part was and was informed that they don’t do same day delivery (at no point is this mentioned on the site). It has been 6 days since placing my order and I still don’t have the URGENT part. So no, I am not happy with the service received from PSD.”

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your order and sorry you don't feel like you had a good service from us. You placed your order at 11:15am on Saturday, our cut off time for Saturday is clearly displayed at Friday 2:30. We are closed over the weekend and I don't think anyone in the UK can offer a same day SATURDAY delivery like that. We are based in the midlands and operate a fast next day service. Once our staff arrived on Monday we contact you straight away and made you aware of the issue and sent your order out on a tracked 24 hour service and is showing as delivered on Tuesday 12th. I hope you can change your review and also the product review to reflect the service we promise and delivered. Thanks Plumbing Supplies Direct

“As a plumbing specialist you would expect that you could get a simple waste washer order correct - apparently not. First you send an incorrect item, then when contacted you send out just half of what was ordered and paid for. You are without doubt the worst service I have experienced in a long time and I would certainly not recommend you to anybody.”

“Shockingly bad service. I ordered a selection of enfeed copper fittings from PSD alongside orders from competitors. Competition delivered within 2 days. PSD failed to deliver and order tracking does not work. No reply to my email. Very poor sevice. Still awaiting delivery!”

“Cant fault item but the company is awful, I bought wrong item and cancelled it 1 hr after I ordered it but they still sent it out. Then they promised a pickup and refund. Never happened. Not recommend. 👎”

“Sorry about the poor score but I can't review something I haven't recieved yet, and considering I emailed you last Friday explaining its over a week since I placed the order and still recieved nothing not even a emailed response to email I sent I think this is very very poor service, I have since purchased the part I needed from elsewhere.”
