“My item wasn't delivered and the tracking details I was sent didn't work. When I queried this with Plumbing Supplies Direct customer services, their representative suggested I chase DPD myself. Unimpressed.”

“Shocking. I've ordered this item on two separate occasions about six months apart and neither time has what has been ordered actually been sent. Now I'll admit it's not a valuable order and I'm being very picky about the item I need, no substitutes please, but I'm very unhappy. Won't be trying for a third time, rubbish”

“NOT happy with experience at all. E.mails to say order on way, waited no order. When I telephoned was told out of stock, but turns out e.mail sent incorrectly - therefore I did not receive it. Chap on telephone very helpful to tell me what had happened, but overall NOT good. I would only give you 1 star.”

“What a shame the size of this key was not stated. It turned out to be 1mm too small for my service cupboard lock, so I had to purchase another elsewhere. Did you know you can buy 3mm, 9mm and 10mm meter keys? Beware!”
