“Rubbish one item missing from order and 15 other items not correct. Don’t use these people unless you want hassle. Prices are cheap but I found out why.”

“We purchased a flange and just cut the top of the package open but not taken out the package and we can’t have a refund I will never buy from here again such poor customer service especially in these hard times!”

Hi Steven, Very sorry you were unable to return your item, as with all items we sell we ensure they are all brand new and in perfect condition. I would think you wouldn't be happy in receiving an item that had already been opened and packaging cut off. These are very hard times for everyone and as a business like ours we have been hit as hard as everyone so I hope you can apricate that. Thanks

“I requested a refund after paying for urgent shipping, I received the pump on day 5 which would have cost nothing. 5 emails and a phone call later, NO-ONE HAS RESPONDED. So much for a response within 24hrs.”

“Sent them 4 emails thay ignored all of them . wrong item sent out wanted to give as present torch not in retail packaging box not lined like picture. And iv asked for refund but they won't answer my emails from a very dissatisfied customer richard”

“I would not use this company again. Went on their website (admittedly during xmas holidays) and website stated they were open. Purchased a blowtorch kit (around £100) and paid extra for their speedy delivery advertised as 1-3 days. 2 weeks later I still have no item, I have called them and they said they were closed when I placed the order so website was an error. They supposedly sent item after around a week with tracking information. Tracking info had no details as parcel hadn't been sent. Then I get an email that the item was out of stock (the item they had supposedly sent). Contacted them again and apparently the email was sent in error. They will not cancel order and refund until I return the items I have not received. I have had to file a claim through paypal. All in all the company is completely deceitful and blatant liars.”

“Both of the new cartridges dripped more then the ones iv swap them out for reseated the taps still dripping have now put the old cartridge back in”

“This offer is a falsely advertised nonsense, the only reason I’ve given a one star review is because there isn’t an option to give zero stars. Basically the offer Quotes all sizes (five in the advertising) then they sent me two and invoiced me for the whole lot. £314.99 reduced to £54.99. This offer was never accurate. Then they sent it wrapped in cling film and it arrived damaged. Waste of time. False advertising and poorly executed service”

“Complete waste of time. I spend £40k a year at Screwfix (Plumbfix) can be verified. I tried this outfit as they had a Black Friday sale.... Only spent £100 on SS Braided flexi houses for a HMO job, 20 hoses. A week later the order arrived and total wrong. They sent white painted hoses with no iso valves. 5 emails later (no one answers the phone) they finally collected for a refund. Now I need fight for a refund as still nothing heard from them. If you plumbers run a business like I do stay away. Stick to who you know”
