This product arrived bashed. I called to complain and left a message to ask for a call back to resolve issue after paying a plumber to come to fit and will have to do again. I didn't get a call and got an email request for review instead... not happy. You asked!

Plumbing Supplies sent me the button only. There was no-one who would pick up the phone or answer an email. I had to find another supplier who supplied the replacement and I still have not heard back from Plumbing Supplies Direct. They need to look to improve their customer service processes.

Sent the wrong item twice then admitted they dont actually stock the item described on their site. Wasted my time. I would not use again. They did eventually acknowledge the problem and provide a refund. Still waiting for them to send a courier for the two incorrect items supplied.

Ordered on 7 February, still not delivered and has not entered Royal Mail’s tracking system. Still no change as of today 19 February. Is it time to chase Royal Mail? they are letting you down.

Hi Peter, Very sorry you have not received your item yet, I can confirm this left and was scanned out of our warehouse at Feb 8, 2021 11:54 AM I know royal mail are taking longer than expected at the moment, please allow a few more days, it is in the system Thanks

I'm still waiting for my items I ha a leak and this is taking ages 7 days so far I have emailed and they said it is with royal mail?

Item damaged. Manage to get hold of your customer servicewho seem helpful but waiting for results on receiving a new item or a refund.

I ordered with them paid for 1-3 days delivery it’s been over a 5 days now I emailed them several times and not even answer me back will never use them again

Rubbish one item missing from order and 15 other items not correct. Don’t use these people unless you want hassle. Prices are cheap but I found out why.

We purchased a flange and just cut the top of the package open but not taken out the package and we can’t have a refund I will never buy from here again such poor customer service especially in these hard times!

Hi Steven, Very sorry you were unable to return your item, as with all items we sell we ensure they are all brand new and in perfect condition. I would think you wouldn't be happy in receiving an item that had already been opened and packaging cut off. These are very hard times for everyone and as a business like ours we have been hit as hard as everyone so I hope you can apricate that. Thanks

I requested a refund after paying for urgent shipping, I received the pump on day 5 which would have cost nothing. 5 emails and a phone call later, NO-ONE HAS RESPONDED. So much for a response within 24hrs.
