“Sorry about the poor score but I can't review something I haven't recieved yet, and considering I emailed you last Friday explaining its over a week since I placed the order and still recieved nothing not even a emailed response to email I sent I think this is very very poor service, I have since purchased the part I needed from elsewhere.”

“Description- tap will fit most 22mm holes - turns out it doesn't fit the hole in my toilet. Waste of money and paid extra for next day delivery too!!!”

“items not in stock and no longer available(from Psd) PSD did not relay this information until chased after 3 weeks , then took another week to admit that they made a mistake. really disappointing service I will not reccomend them. I will need to chase altecnic directly to find a reliable reseller of spare parts”

“Ordered two different items on 2nd, received email three days later saying 'items out of stock and they have no date for restock' but made no attempt to refund. Requested refund and two days later it was accepted. Why your stock levels are not linked to your sales page i will never know, very disappointing when you need the products asap”

Hi Ryan, Thank you for your order, after looking into the order I can see you placed your order at 4:28pm on Saturday and paid for a Saturday delivery. We do not offer same day delivery let alone late on a Saturday. You can see from our terms and conditions that all orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed before 2pm on Friday for next day delivery. I hope this clears this up and if you could amend your review, we would appreciate it, we will also refund the difference paid.

Hi Carl, Thank you for your order, I am sorry about the delivery address but we delivered to the delivery address you filled in. We use a automated delivery system that detects the customers filled in delivery details and auto creates shipping labels based on this. I can see you added a different delivery address into the customer notes, there is no way our system can detect that. We use two different sections on our checkout so customers can choose a different billing address and shipping address, hopefully you will make use of this next time. Thanks

“Not a happy experience, order put in and accepted, credit card debited! Next day advised that the items were not in stock and had no idea as to when they would be! Order was therefore cancelled and refund requested which was done very efficiently. It’s a shame that their stock lines are not properly recorded and orders are not accepted of items are out of stock. Many other on line retailers manage this aspect very well this supplier needs to take note !”
