“I have two I play units that have been out of action for some time, I asked playdale to attend and service the machines re covid lock down, I have spent a considerable amount of money on the proviso that they will be back to full working order. and they are still not working. very poor service.”

We can ensure you this is not how we do business and after further investigation realised that the person you had originally dealt with left the business without passing on this information to the rest of the team to allow for the servicing of the units. I believe our Customer Care Team leader, Lisa has been in touch and has rectified this problem. We want to thank you for your feedback

“Although the staff have all been very friendly and professional. It has taken a very long time for the installation to take place, with it being called off for several reasons. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience for our staff and resulted in fencing being in our park for a matter of weeks which youths throwing it around in the evenings.”

In a very uncommon and unfortunate instance, our Installer had fallen ill which has been out of our control and sadly delayed the installation. This has also resulted in the Heras fencing being onsite longer and unattended than expected, but rectified by our Contracts Manager going out to the site to install the fencing and bring a stop to any vandalism. We are sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience and will ensure to put processes in place to avoid this in the future. “Playdale were good throughout the process and responded clearly and helpfully to our requirements. The play equipment is great, looks good in our play area and is sturdy, safety-conscious and as far as possible accessible. It's well designed for play value for younger children, which is what we wanted. We were well supported in the installation process, which was done on time. Some work had to be re-done/finished off but this was done without any fuss, although I've rated 4-star rather than 5-star as a result of the need to rework. The end result is a very nice addition to our play area. Thank you.”

“The workers turned up on time, worked hard, were very helpful and courteous and did a really good job of the installation of our Inclusive Orbital despite them being delayed a whole day by the courier delivering the equipment a day late. They left the site clean and tidy but unfortunately left something else too. We had agreed that the spoil, packing, pallet and waste from the job could be left on site but did not really want the waste and rubbish from their previous job(s) left with it. That's lost you a star.”
