There were numerous problems whilst ordering the new play equipment, already well documented, the installation was delayed and we were not kept particularly well informed. I have now had to ring you to find out where the final invoice is only to be told you should have had that from the project coordinator. I had actually worked that out for myself hence my call. I also have not received the independent final report and I am advised customer service will look into that! Not exactly exception customer care is it?
