“The issues that affected us, once understood by the senior management team, were addressed swiftly and with personal attention. I am satisfied now with the service and have changed the review to indicate this. There was a real desire from Playdale management to make the change and offer us better customer service. The playground has been used by lots of families and has created a joyful space.”
