Our head office, manufacturing facilities and global distribution centre are situated on the edge of the Lake District in Cumbria, UK. We have a fantastic team of 110 people and have created over 23,000 play areas in 49 countries across the world.

“Reed Parish Council was pleased to reopen its renovated play area on schedule before the end of March 2025. Collaboration with Playdale was fruitful and productive throughout with regard to design, pricing and installation. Thanks to Lewis McGiffin for support throughout. Also to Marcus and the onsite installation team who did an heroic job in an inclement January, not least in restoring the play area surfacing ready for use once the new apparatus was in place. Councillors users, and residents have expressed appreciation of both the build quality and appearance of the new equipment. We all look forward to it being enjoyed by youngsters in Reed for many years to come.”

“Playdale worked with the Weston Playing Field Trustees to ensure they delivered on our requirements. The installation team were really clean and tidy and did an excellent job. There was one problem that we noticed after installation and that was corrected in a timely manner. It's a delight to see the children of Weston playing on the new equipment.”

“We applied for funding and playdale came out advised us what we could have in the space for the age range of our children. They wrote up the quote for us to submit and we were awarded the funding. Their customer service was brilliant, the workmen who came and prepared and built it were great and it's stood the test of time, 17years on and still being played on. Everything from start to finish was excellent.”

“Playdale were 100% supportive and helpful from our initial phone call, through to helpful design advice and support from the Sales Team, to the Project Co-ordinator , to the Installation Team who arrived on the day which was pre-booked, and worked all day in awful weather conditions and finally the Finance Team. All departments replied to both telephone calls and emails immediately. As a small Charity, we were never made to feel we were being a nuisance with all our queries and questions, they were brilliant. As a Charity and having Lottery Awards For All funding, we had to do our independent homework. We looked at equipment and had meetings with other Play equipment companies. Playdale are highly competitive and supply a product we cannot fault. We were never in doubt that we had made the correct choice. We cannot thank them sufficiently for guiding us through the process and supporting us every step of the way. An AMAZING team Thank You!”
