Our head office, manufacturing facilities and global distribution centre are situated on the edge of the Lake District in Cumbria, UK. We have a fantastic team of 110 people and have created over 23,000 play areas in 49 countries across the world.

“Playdale were 100% supportive and helpful from our initial phone call, through to helpful design advice and support from the Sales Team, to the Project Co-ordinator , to the Installation Team who arrived on the day which was pre-booked, and worked all day in awful weather conditions and finally the Finance Team. All departments replied to both telephone calls and emails immediately. As a small Charity, we were never made to feel we were being a nuisance with all our queries and questions, they were brilliant. As a Charity and having Lottery Awards For All funding, we had to do our independent homework. We looked at equipment and had meetings with other Play equipment companies. Playdale are highly competitive and supply a product we cannot fault. We were never in doubt that we had made the correct choice. We cannot thank them sufficiently for guiding us through the process and supporting us every step of the way. An AMAZING team Thank You!”

“Playdale were very flexible and helped us to plan an adventure trail on our site. We had some site issues and they came back 3 times to remeasure to get the perfect location for the trail. Installation was quick and the quality is excellent. Our children have loved it every since!”

“Sophie Moore and the team at Playdale have proved to be a first class supplier to Everyone Active in regard to our 35 station Trim Trail installation in North West Leicestershire. As a project it has been quite complex, going from an original small area install aligned to the building of a new leisure centre, to a delayed, multi-partner, multi-hectare install into a wider Eco Park. Despite what must have been private frustrations their end, none of the team at Playdale expressed these, subsequently providing multiple examples of support and flexible working, whilst keeping associated cost variations to a minimum. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to other organisations looking into an installation.”

They were both always available to speak and, if unavailable, returned our call within hours. They were able to guide us in choosing the right equipment for our particular Playarea. “The pre-sales and design service we received from Playdale were excellent. The coordination of the installation work was not good, and we had several delays. However now that the installation is complete, we are very pleased with the end product and it has been really well received by the community.
