“Fantastic design and planning. Staff so helpful, great ideas and support throughout. Groundworkers also worked really hard to complete the installation work on time. Administration staff kept us up to date on every aspect of work. Amazing team work equipment 5 star quality, five star service”

“Sophie Moore and the team at Playdale have proved to be a first class supplier to Everyone Active in regard to our 35 station Trim Trail installation in North West Leicestershire. As a project it has been quite complex, going from an original small area install aligned to the building of a new leisure centre, to a delayed, multi-partner, multi-hectare install into a wider Eco Park. Despite what must have been private frustrations their end, none of the team at Playdale expressed these, subsequently providing multiple examples of support and flexible working, whilst keeping associated cost variations to a minimum. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to other organisations looking into an installation.”

They were both always available to speak and, if unavailable, returned our call within hours. They were able to guide us in choosing the right equipment for our particular Playarea. We required specific Planning Approval, Alisha and Dominic provided us with additional drawings and specifications with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to our project, nothing was ever too much trouble. “The pre-sales and design service we received from Playdale were excellent. The coordination of the installation work was not good, and we had several delays. However now that the installation is complete, we are very pleased with the end product and it has been really well received by the community. We will certainly contact Playdale again when we have the opportunity to further extend our Play equipment.”

She visited us twice, the first time to look at the site, gave us lots of information and advice that really helped us and looked at the brochure with us to advise us what would be suitable The second time she presented excellent clear images of the playground, costings of everything which we need for our bid, alternatives so we still have choices.
