“We are frustrated by the slowness of the last issues to be resolved - the HERAS fencing is still up and no date for its removal. The school holidays will soon be over.....”

“Although the staff have all been very friendly and professional. It has taken a very long time for the installation to take place, with it being called off for several reasons. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience for our staff and resulted in fencing being in our park for a matter of weeks which youths throwing it around in the evenings.”

Thank you for your review and we’re sorry your experience hasn’t matched your expectations. In a very uncommon and unfortunate instance, our Installer had fallen ill which has been out of our control and sadly delayed the installation. This has also resulted in the Heras fencing being onsite longer and unattended than expected, but rectified by our Contracts Manager going out to the site to install the fencing and bring a stop to any vandalism. We are sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience and will ensure to put processes in place to avoid this in the future.
