“Ordering was easy and prices ok. One complaint, I didn't receive any notification of delivery, luckily I was in.”

“Prices are very competitive and ordering was easy. We had a problem with delivery I.e it was taking longer than expected but it was sorted out and our order was delivered a few days later.”

“Great price quoted. Great products supplied. Speedy delivery, as quoted. Only problem was the order was split in two different deliveries, by two different sauces, and I was not informed. This caused a bit of stress and anxiety.”

“I would have given this 5 stars but my order was only partially completed initially and I had no communication regarding delivery dates and times. A small part of my order was delivered by Eurocell and I then heard no more about the remainder. On contacting customer services it appeared that the company had failed to include all of my order even though the money had been taken for the complete order. The remainder of my order did arrive from a different supplier (GAP) several days later. I would also have liked some warning of delivery times like other companies do.”

“The product is fine, the ordering g process was fine. The delivery was a disappointment as the driver just threw the 5m piece on the driveway and expected my 72 year old wife to fetch it in herself. I expect this was a courier rather than the company itself.”

“As others have said, my only complaint is that I don't get notification of when delivery is coming. In my case, all my orders have just been passed on to Eurocell and they deliver from their local store without warning me when they're coming. I don't know if this is always the case. But buying this way, I get more like trade price, much less than going direct to the Eurocell website. Stupid system, but it works for me! All orders have been quick, correct, and undamaged.”

“Excellent prices and product range, £60 carriage paid. Only negative was delivery not received as advised but a day later with no real time updates on delivery. I will definitely use them again, but I will speak to them first before placing my order to get a better understanding of available stock and better ETA on delivery.”
