“Excellent service and prices”

“The external composite cladding I bought and installed looks great and the sale team were very helpful, the only issue was the courier company’s delivery instruction from me was taken literally. I instructed them to drop it on the drive if not at home. They did just that and the bottom two of the five packs of cladding were damaged, with six of the ten lengths broken from the impact with the concrete when the courier let go of the end of the package letting it drop the the floor. The four star review is for the product not the courier company.”

“Bit of a hotchpotch delivery date had to ring up to get things moving. However when I did this the delivery arrived within a couple of days from a firm just a few miles away and who provide next day delivery.!”

“Product, price and delivery time all great, which is the main thing. However 1 star due to delivery driver, not a happy bunny…literally dumped the sheets on front lawn clattering them in top of each other. Wouldn’t be surprised if some deliveries get damaged this way, no niceties such as asking where i wanted them placed.”

“Plastic fencing - Great product at a great price. Communication could be better as I had to chase the order and was told there were delays in producing the fencing and to expect it first week of July but it arrived the week before without noticed. Fortunately someone was in to take the order. Happy with the product though.”
