“Ordered charcoal skirting for our conservatory - easy to do; slight hassles with delivery - not on day stated, contacted the company, was told local supplier out of stock, chased again a few days, skirting arrived 25th November but no advance warning. Not really an issue as I wasn't wanting it "now". Also note that it is still "waiting dispatch" on the website - ordered 11th November now 13th Jan. Still, product just what we wanted and joiner installed it a few days ago. Looks good. Would use again as long as items not urgent.”

“Pricing was very competitive. Only thing that could be improved is that delivery information was vague at time of order stating 1-5 days. My order arrived on day 5, but I only found that out on day 4 when they emailed to say it had shipped. So highly recommended if you are ordering a week in advance of when you need it.”

“Bought wall boards for my new shower. Easy to order, questions answered quickly on ‘chat’ help. Delivery was as advised, although I did ask if I would have some notice by phone of the delivery, which I was told I would but got home after no phone call to find delivery had been made * left in my driveway! Luckily all was ok.”
