Took a phone call 3 days after order, to find out they didn't have any, they do not keep in stock, they were trying to get it from Eurocell near where I live. I could have done that myself in the first place, Building Plastics may be cheaper than everybody else, but communication is poor. Stock appears to be limited.

Hi Andy Jesney, Thank you for the review, however I find the 1* review quite harsh for what happened on your order. Firstly we are an official Eurocell distrbutor so yes we use over 250 depots of theirs Nationwide. You placed your order late on 25/11/2019 your item was an special order item stated in the listing as extended lead as the depot would need to order this is as per their stock delivery once a week. However we informed you of this and we tried to source from another depot but the other depot showing stock was reserved for another customer. You was informed 1 working day after you ordered the item which is within our timescales and you decided at that point you wanted a refund which was done immediately. Our prices and deliveries as per our reviews are great and as per our reviews I feel we don't do too bad. Regards, BPO LTD Team
Good price but fascia & soffits have not turned up, very rarely respond to requests for delivery dates, phone number goes to an answer phone in USA, now a week late and no idea if I will ever get my goods, Shocking! Scaffold costs ongoing and other trades had to be cancelled due to scaffolding being in the way, therefor I will be charged for late completion!!!!!

Hi David, Sorry for the slight delay on your order, we did however notify you along the way to let you know of any delays on your order. I will look into this delivery now and get a firm answer and get one of the team to call you to update you on this. Sorry for all the inconvenience but I will assure you this will get sorted today. As a business owner myself, I hate giving one star reviews but having placed our order nearly one month ago, and despite numerous delivery dates being promised, we still have not received the goods. Consequently we’ve had to order from another supplier and cancel this order (awaiting refund). Very disappointed as the prices are good but service is rubbish. Don’t order unless you can afford to wait forever for delivery..😡

Order placed 02.10, ETA Wednesday 9th October TBC Tuesday 8th October ; then 10.10 Delivery depot in Guildford doesn't have stock of corner packs. Due in on Monday 14th for delivery same day or Tuesday 15th latest. Apologies for the delay then 16.10 Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. DEL - 17/10/2019 First Drop 8am - 9am then on 17.10 P.M. I've been advised the materials are on the van and out for delivery 18.10 - after no delivery and another 2 phonecalls I still don't know where my order is going to be delivered. We have the trades on site waiting to finish the job and I have no idea when the materials will be be delivered after 16 days from ordering. I understand a one star review is detrimental for your business but so is your poor service for ours.

Dear Lucian, I am very sorry about this and believe it has now reached site this morning as we discussed on Friday. We did try to deliver last week when we said but we couldn't find the address on the campus and also we were having problems with the depot. Well the courier needs to learn some social skills when dealing with people. He dumped my skirting outside and didn’t even help me bring it indoors knowing it was 5 metres long. Didn’t acknowledge if everything was ok and then just went without communicating with me or leaving me with an invoice to check the order. The worst delivery guy I’ve ever witnessed. Shocking.

Hi Kirsty, I feel the one star review is really harsh. We delivered the goods on time and updated you along the way and the goods were delivered with no delivery charge so FREE. The price is half the price you can buy anywhere else and the product is great. As for the bringing it indoors the drivers are not insured to do this so they do not generally tend to go into the property although some do. As I stated to you I have informed the Depot Manager and the regional Manager of your complaint but I feel that this is rather a strong review and not a true one based on the full experience you had with us. Hi Keith, I would like to ask that you stop leaving reviews on our review platform, this has a damaging effect on our online business and is rather unfair. Looking into this there has been problems with your order and these problems have been highlighted to you and updated through the order system. Unfortunately one of the items has had to be brought into depot specially. Leaving a review everyday will not make it come any quicker, so please stop doing what you feel to be okay as its defamatory and slanderous neither to mention untrue. We have kept you informed along the way and you could have cancelled the order for a full refund at any time, you have not at any time emailed or contacted us through calling other than just writing a review twice. I have attached a timeline to show that you were in fact updated that you state you were not. Please feel free to contact me on this matter. Anthony
Placed an order with this company on the 11th June and got a confirmation email . since then I have not heard a thing ! ifs now the 8th August and they have ignored all my emails regarding my order. I have had to buy elsewhere so requested a refund which I have not received either or a reply. will never use again

Ordered my items one week ago on a 1-3 day delivery schedule. When I chased them up I was told they'd be here today on Friday. Nothing has arrived so when chased again I get told they'll now be here on the following Monday. Not good enough I'm afraid, if I knew I'd be waiting this long I'd have gone elsewhere.

Hi Damien, you placed your order close of business on Friday 19th July. You were updated and given the information to why the order was delayed by one day. Unfortunately we cannot always get an accurate delivery every time but we endeavour to make the buying experience easy to our customers and we always keep you informed along the way. I have contacted you through PayPal and still have had no response. As you have been informed on Friday 26th that the order was awaiting some items that were only coming in today to depot. Once again we have kept to our notes on the system and the order will be delivered today in the afternoon between 2pm - 4:30pm. Still haven’t received my £115 order that I placed in the middle of June and no responses to any of my 4 emails! Very disappointed as it’s held my building project up by weeks now!

Hi Natalie, having looked into this I can confirm your order is still in the depot undelivered. However, I can confirm you ordered on 23rd June, we tried to deliver on the 28th June and we sent an email to that effect. When the delivery driver got to your property he called the mobile number on the order and got no answer and there was no place safe to leave the goods. We then tried to re-deliver the goods Tuesday/Wednesday last week and again had the same problems. I can however organise a re-delivery at your request on a day you would like when you are available if you would like to get in touch? I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service but we can only can do so much when the customer is unavailable to take delivery. I look forward to hearing from you in regards to the re-delivery.
Awful service ordered it over a week ago can't get through on the phone just plays music , was told it had been dispatched then told the depo didn't have any in stock ...still waiting !!wouldnt recomend if like me you have people putting time aside to fit it for you and you have to keep telling it's still not here !

I ordered my items (2 lengths of bull nose window board, 2 lengths of angle, 2 end caps) on june 8th, having read that delivery may take 3 to 4 working days. I will be notified of delivery date by email. When the date got to the 20th June i decided to give PBS a ring to check on status of my order, I was told that the items are on the truck and will be with me sometime after 3pm of that day (June 20). Waited at the delivery address, nothing arrived. Phoned PBS at 9.10am on the morning of June 21 and was told there had been a problem and the gear was not on the truck and had not yet been received by PBS, the chaps are on their way to Alfreton to pick Items up and they'll be straight with you, ( i live 30 mins from Alfreton). All day waiting at the delivery address for items to be delivered. At 3.50pm the product arrives, that's around 6 hours dead time waiting for delivery. Not happy. Not using PBS again. Sorry guys, don't promise delivery when items are not in your hands and it's out of your control, people are planning their days around your word.
